Novame is available for use by users aged 13 and above. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the App.
No account registration or login is required to use the App. You can access all core features without providing personal information, such as email addresses, usernames, or social media details. We do not collect any account-related data.
To use the App’s core features, you may need to grant limited permissions, such as access to your device’s camera (to take photos for editing) and photo gallery (to upload existing images). These permissions are solely for the purpose of allowing you to use the image editing features, and we do not collect or store any data from these permissions beyond what is necessary for immediate processing on your device.

Novame is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the edited images will meet your expectations. The virtual hair color and hairstyle effects are for entertainment and reference purposes only, and we do not guarantee that they will match real-world results.
We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from your use of the App or any issues related to the App’s functionality. This includes damages related to image loss (though we do not store your images, so loss is typically due to device issues), app crashes, or third-party claims arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App, and your continued use of the App after the update means you accept the revised Terms.
