Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to any paid subscription services offered through Novame by us. By purchasing or using the Subscription Services, you agree to these Subscription Terms, as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. A key commitment remains unchanged: we do not collect facial information or any sensitive biometric data, even when you use the Subscription Services.

No Account Required for Subscriptions

Novame’s Subscription Services are designed to work without requiring you to create an account or log in. Your subscription is linked to your device’s App Store account (for iOS users), not to any personal information or facial data. We do not collect, store, or process any account-related data or facial information in connection with your subscription.

Subscription Details

The Subscription Services unlock premium features of the App, which may include (but are not limited to):

The specific features included in the Subscription Services may be updated from time to time, and we will notify you of any significant changes.

Subscription plans are available for different durations (e.g., monthly, annual), with pricing displayed in the App at the time of purchase. All prices are in the currency specified by your App Store account, and may include applicable taxes.

Payment and Billing

When you purchase a Subscription Service, you authorize us to charge the payment method associated with your App Store account (iTunes Account) for the subscription fee. Payment is processed by Apple’s App Store, and we do not collect or store any payment information. For details on payment processing, please refer to Apple’s Terms of Service.

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period, unless you cancel the automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and cancel automatic renewal by accessing your App Store account settings.

If you do not cancel automatic renewal, your App Store account will be charged for the next subscription period at the current price, without additional notice from us.

Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period, and you will continue to have access to the Subscription Services until the end of that period. No prorated refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods, unless required by applicable law.

If you experience a technical issue with the Subscription Services that we cannot resolve, you may be eligible for a refund. Refund requests must be submitted through the App Store or by contacting us directly, and we will review each request on a case-by-case basis.

Subscription Status and Access

Your access to the Subscription Services is tied to your device’s App Store account. If you switch devices, you can restore your subscription by signing into the same App Store account and using the “Restore Purchases” feature in the App. We do not transfer subscriptions between different App Store accounts.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Subscription Services if we detect any fraudulent activity or violation of these Subscription Terms, our Terms of Service, or Apple’s App Store guidelines.

Changes to Subscription Services

We may modify the Subscription Services (e.g., add or remove features) or adjust pricing at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes to the Subscription Services or pricing at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

Privacy and Data Handling for Subscriptions

As with all use of the App, we do not collect facial information, biometric data, or any unnecessary personal information when you use the Subscription Services. The only data related to your subscription is processed by Apple’s App Store (e.g., subscription status, renewal date), and we do not access or store this data beyond what is necessary to verify your subscription status in the App.
